Text Box: Organized by the European Council of Jewish Communities (ECJC), and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), the conference will be hosted by the Jewish Community of Frankfurt, the Zentralwohlfahrtsstelle der Juden in Deutschland e.V. with collaboration from other organizations of the Jewish education network . The first Arachim was held in Budapest in November 2000 and attracted over 220 professionals. In London,November 2002, Arachim 2 enabled 140 headmasters and principals from over 20 countries to exchange views and experiences. In Arachim 3, Paris 2004 nearly 200 professionals were gathered and an innovative track of Special Needs Children was included. The conference is aimed at principals, directors of Jewish studies in Jewish schools, teachers, community board members with education portfolio, directors of educational services, trainers, consultants and foundations promoting Jewish education, Formal and Non Formal.
