Submission of Proposals

Text Box: Abstracts should include (strictly no more than 800 words):
Initial situation. Brief description both of the situation and the target of the proposal. 
Description of the project or programme. (objectives, vision, contents and method)
Relevant data about the organisation and the larger context. 
Extra information that was taken into account when planning the project (surveys, demographic data, focus groups, previous experiences, etc.)
Organisation: Resources used, Timetables, Distribution of responsibilities. 
Strategies and operations carried out. 
Findings (If any) 
Achievements and assessment of difficulties.
Abstracts can be submitted in English, French or Hebrew. English is the language of record for the conference. Professional Translation will be restricted to handouts and to plenary sessions
Remember to include Author’s details on the application.
Author’s details: Title (Prof / Dr / Mr / Mrs / Ms / Miss/Rabbi) First Name and Surname (as you would like it to appear on your name badge)

Track/s. Please identify clearly the track under which the abstracts are submitted.
Description of the experience (strictly no more than 800 words).
Audio visual needs for the presentation (video, OHP, PC, data projector, other). 
Handout material (if any).
Copy of any presentation aid  or material that will be shown during the presentation must  be attached (e.g. poster, PowerPoint presentation, etc) 

The limit of any individual presentation will be 10 minutes
The experience may be a teamwork result with team presentation but limited to 10 minutes total.
